We needed an expedited inspection and Rhett was onsite within 48 hours. Rhett was very professional and his reports were well done and immediate. I will highly recommend his services to family and friends.

Rhett was phenomenal! He was so attentive (took 3-4 hours which I was grateful for). He was very professional and also down to earth. He answered any questions that I had and dumbed it down for me when asked (since I know nothing about inspections). He was honest and looked out for my best interest. He was also so prompt and was able to get my reports by the morning after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 10 STARS IF I COULD!!

This experience could not have been better. The personable professionalism coupled with the effective and efficient manner that the entire process was handled was exemplary! Finding business professionals who care about their work and their customers is difficult in this day and age; we found both in this company and Rhett the owner who handled our inspection. Would recommend both him and his company to everyone over many others I have used.

Rhett was very thorough in his inspection. He not only showed us everything that was wrong but explained what was going on as well. His communication is impeccable. He was available even on the weekend to answer any questions I had. His inspection made me more comfortable whether I wanted to purchase the home or not. I would absolutely use him again.
